Do I own the site and domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the finished site is yours. You are never locked into me to keep it running.
What do you need from me to start?
A sense of your business and goals, any logo or branding you already have, your service and contact details, and photos or text if you have them. If content is thin, I can help shape it.
What is SEO?
SEO is the work that helps your business show up when someone searches for what you do. It covers how your pages are written and organized so search engines can understand them. It matters because most people looking for a local business start with a search.
Is SEO really included?
Yes, in every package. There is no separate SEO tier and nothing held back for an upsell.
Will SEO get me to the top of Google?
No honest person can guarantee a ranking. What you get is the groundwork search engines reward: fast, clean pages with the right titles, descriptions, and markup, plus Analytics and Search Console connected so you can track real traffic. Anyone promising a #1 spot is selling something they cannot deliver.
How long does it take?
Usually a few weeks. It depends on how big the site is and how fast you get me your content. I'll give you a timeline before we start.
How many websites do you work on at a time?
I work with one business at a time, so you get my full attention and your project is never stuck in a queue behind other jobs.
What if I already have a website?
That's completely fine! I can rebuild a Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress site on faster hosting. Tell me what you want to keep and I'll build the new one around it.
Do I have to buy the care plan?
No. The $99/month care plan is optional and month-to-month. You can launch without it and add it later, or handle updates yourself.
Can I request changes later?
You can always request changes as a small one-off job, billed for the work involved. The care plan just bundles routine updates and monitoring into a predictable monthly rate.
